Whole Loan Capital, LLC ("WLC") is proud to bring you this Note Exchange enabling buyers and sellers of mortgage notes to transact directly, after being introduced by WLC. All sellers represented here are licensed lenders and servicers staffed by professionals.
Note purchasers should seek advise and/or counsel about the issues that arise with note purchases. WLC is an independent party generally compensated by note sellers.
Procedure: 1) Note buyers review available notes, 2) note buyers contact WLC with questions, 3) note buyers indicate their interest in purchasing certain notes, 4) WLC sends note buyer Letter of Intent ("LOI"), 5) note buyer executes and returns LOI to WLC, 5) WLC introduces note buyer and note seller via call/email.
