- Understanding the reasons behind the sale,
- Ascertaining the condition of the collateral (note, mortgage, title),
- Reviewing the payment history, value of the property, and current loan status,
- Bring focus to loan value and pricing,
- Negotiate terms and pricing between seller and buyer,
- Assist with trade agreements (LOIs, Purchase & Sale, Servicing),
- Help keep trades on track to meet settlement dates.
