WLC is fully capable of handling all aspects of the the process from defining objectives, understanding the assets, assisting the seller with data and collateral, putting together offerings, presenting those offerings to the market, orchestrating the entire bidding process, and making sure responsibilities are handled all the way through closing.
In addition Whole Loan Capital is currently working with buyers and sellers of prime jumbo loans to:
- Uncover new lenders and investors for jumbo loans
- Trade bulk jumbo pools
- Uncover jumbo warehouse lenders
- Develop underwriting and credit guidelines
- Assess the new regulatory hurdles and how they'll impact jumbo lending
